Bella Poarch
Bella Poarch, born on 9 February 1997 in the Philippines to Filipino biological parents. Her grandmother was brought up in the slums of Manila by her biological parents up to the age of 3. She was then adopted. The father she adopted, who is Filipino-American with military background, was white, and American. Her mother claims that she and her brother, who was adopted as infants, were subject to abuse before they joined the military. Her family traveled from San Francisco for a few months in order to stay with her aunt prior to moving to Texas at the age of thirteen due the need of her father to have a bypass procedure. The physical abuse ceased however, her father continued to abuse her psychologically her in the her home. She joined the United States Navy at age 18. Poarch started the TikTok account in April of 2020 quickly gaining fame amassing more than 40 million followers in less than eight months. Her most notable success came from the video she made to promote MillieB's smash hit song Soph Aspin Send. This became one of TikTok's most watched videos. The video was zoomed-in on her jumping rhythmically as well as lip-syncing with the track became viral. When she joined TikTok the site, she set up a YouTube account, as well as one on Twitter to increase her fame. Twitter account to increase her fame.
