Anne Phung Nguyen
Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where I am most popular with my followers. I post about my life in general, positive and negative. When I was 1 year old my family, me and my parents moved into America. If it wasn't because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share the journey with you. Knowing I had an opportunity at a better future I worked hard to make them proud and had a clear vision when it came to the success. My plan of life was for me to study at university, land a job in a corporation then marry, and purchase the house. The life I had planned for me wasn't what it turned out. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I thought I was living a solitary life to earn a paycheck. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was working out. I also enjoyed having fun and being able to aid other people. On the path towards this direction change in my life, I found private training. My business started in 2014 and I'm celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. It's rare to meet an Asian female in the business. My goal is to be a change maker in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing a sustainable lifestyle cater to the individual needs and desires. Also, I want everyone to be able to follow their dreams and achieve anything they desire in their life. As I started my job, the passing of my mom was the most devastating blow to my life. After battling for eight years for a condition called Scleroderma, she's at peace in Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. It's incredible how life will teach us the exact instruction we require, even when we don't realize that it is there. It was my mother's unexpected death that shaped me forever. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to live my living a full and fulfilling life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. It was now time for her to move on to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. As I enter my 30's, I feel more vibrant than I have ever. I am able to say that I live my life today instead of merely living as I did in the past. In sharing the tale of my life, it is in the hope that others can relate to my thoughts and feelings. It is to know that they are not alone. And that there is true love. Therapy is a necessity and it isn't abnormal. Also, health is your biggest wealth. My hope is to live your the life you want to live and have your end is without regrets as that's the only thing you can count on for the rest of our lives.
